Shipping and Terms

Please keep in mind that all pieces are handmade in small batches, causing some variations in colour.

All pieces are food safe and made with non-toxic clays and glazes. Items are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended.

Please note that everything will be shipped within four business days with the Irish post service, An Post. The orders to Europe and the US can take several weeks to deliver because of the customs. Please contact us in advance if you would like us to estimate the costs of express shipping.

If you live in Cork we can arrange an order collection. Please email for further details.

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

All sales are final. In unlikely case if the piece is damaged during shipping, please don’t throw the package and send us an email with photo of the damaged piece and package within 24 hours upon receiving.
